 TEAM IRELAND CHEER REPRESENTING IRELAND AT THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
This April, a team of 20 athletes and coaches along with supporters will travel to Orlando where they will compete against the best in the world at the Cheerleading Worlds 2020. The team, which is coed, is made up of athletes from throughout Ireland. The athletes range in age from 13 to 25 and for many this is their second or third time representing Ireland at a World level. This season Cheerleading is expected to be officially inducted into the Olympics and it is fitting that the decision will be made during the World Championships in April. Team Ireland was established in 2010 and has represented Ireland almost every year since with much success having placed top 10 on 2 occasions since then. The clubs allowing their talented athletes to be involved in the endeavour have a great profile and currently cater to over 1000 clients on a weekly basis. The entire package that is required of the trip including all kit, flights and accommodation is costing each athlete and coach over €2000. We are looking for any sponsors who will be able to help get this team of amazing athletes to Orlando to represent our country. We can offer exposure on a national level via our media platforms. All monies raised through fundraising will go straight to the team and under no circumstance will an individual personally gain from any monies donated to Team Ireland.
