Our annual Stuntworx Showcase will take place on April 10th at the Corrandulla Community Centre from 10am-1pm.
The event will showcase all of our athletes hard work this season through restrictions and closures and show off a small part of what we've learned this year. Our special guests are Team Ireland Coed Elite, the Irish National Cheerleading Team and all funds raised will be donated to this team going to represent the country at Worlds this April. There will be a bake sale, and a raffle on the day with lots of great prizes and all to help our national athletes. Tickets for spectators are available on the day but seats are limited so come early to avoid standing all day!

We were way too excited for our first time back in the St Patrick's Day Parade, Galway since 2019. It is always one of our highlights every year and we love being there.
Irish Cheerleaders Stuntworx Elite Alliance, made up of athletes from Ireland will once again travel to Orlando, Florida, to take part in the Cheerleading Worlds at ESPN in Disney World.
The team, formed in 2015, won the first ever Irish club level invitation to compete at the Cheerleading Worlds, the closest thing the cheerleading world has to be the Olympics, in 2016 and attended Worlds in 2017. The team have gone from strength to strength and in December 2017, the team were awarded their 2nd bid, this time being granted the honour from 21st Century Cheer, making history as the event’s first ever Worlds Bid Winners. In 2018, Alliance won their third bid at the Celtic Spirit Competition in Mayo to compete at Worlds 2019, and once again in March 2019, the team won a bid to compete at Worlds 2020, along with sister team Stuntworx Elite Icons, the first ever Irish club to be awarded two Worlds bids to two level five teams in one season! We are so excited to share that cheerleading has been recognised as an Olympic sport and will feature in future Olympic games! It is such an achievement for the members of the International Cheer Union to have the sport finally gain the recognition and opportunity that the athletes deserve. We feel very humbled to think that some of our athletes may be Olympians in the near future and that we will be part of that history.
We can confirm that we will be allowed to train indoors once again from June 7th!
All information will be ready to go over the coming week. We are so excited to get back to training with our athletes and seeing everyone again! |
