Fitness Classes for Kids
Our Galway Fitness Classes are designed to accommodate children and teens with either too much energy or too little!
Whether the problem you face is not being able to motivate your child or not being able to get them to sit still, we have classes that will suit all abilities. We will introduce kids to conditioning and activities designed to get them active, as well as tracking their fitness levels through the season, so you can see the results yourself! Our Kids Classes are fun first for all types of children and a great step on the ladder to a healthier lifestyle.
