Stuntworx Elite Showcase 2026
Showcase running order can be found below. If you know your child's team name, check the poster for times. If you do not, you can check the team performance times based on which day your child partakes in classes weekly. Check the DAY and TIME carefully and that will correspond with the correct performance time on Saturday May 23rd.

The big day is coming where you all get to watch your athletes perform at our annual showcase.
Please be aware the entrance to the showcase is via the back of the sports complex on the University grounds - across from Centra Newcastle.
Spectator Tickets can be purchased online via the button above current athletes do NOT need a ticket as their entry is charged via your portal.
Running Orders will be uploaded to the FILE section of your class portal and sent via email.
Here are the details to accompany the times.
May 23rd - University of Galway Kingfisher sports hall (BACK ENTRANCE): 9:00am-11.30am
Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled registration time.
Arrival
The entrance to the showcase is to the back of the University of Galway Kingfisher Sports Arena and NOT reception. This is the entrance which faces the main Newcastle road. Do not go to reception.
All athletes will be given a designated call time which is listed on the running order . This is the time to register at Warmup/Registration desk.
Please do not leave your child unattended. Go to the warmup registration desk and ensure you are presenting at the correct time. Then find a space in the spectator area.
If you arrive early please wait until your designated time to present at Warmup/Registration desk.
Warm Up
When arriving at Warm Up for your athlete's session, please make sure you have a bag with you. You will take their shoes and any other personal items (jewelry/phone etc) and keep them with you until they finish their routine.
Once an athlete enters warmup, you will not be able to see them again until they perform shortly after. When their performance has ended, they will receive their Certificate and Medal and pose for Team Photos. Parents do NOT have access to the photo area.
For parents who wish to watch in front of the main floor, there will be a designated space for this. However, much of the seating is tiered and so there will be visibility from all points in the arena. Please don't stand at the front, it's unfair on the parents who are sitting.
After
Parents will collect their athlete from the LEFT side of the floor. You may then choose to stay and watch afterwards which we encourage, to see all the other fantastic performances.
Make sure your athlete knows who they are leaving with. If you cannot be there, you must have arranged for the athlete to be chaperoned on the day.
Important:
If your child has performance anxiety, it's okay for you to come to the side of the coach at the front of the floor. Let them know in advance that's where you will be. You can also give a pep talk before they go on the floor. It happens each year to a small number of athletes and it's okay to be prepared for that to happen and discuss it with your child in advance. The majority of athletes will be fine with performing, but nerves do strike! Have the chat in advance to calm the nerves.
If your child is unable to go on due to nerves that is fine, but make sure to bring them to the side of the floor (exit side) to get their medal and take their team photo. It's not important that they didn't go on, but it will make for a nicer memory.

F.A.Q for 2026 Annual Showcase
- We are so excited to announce our Stuntworx Elite Annual Showcase – one of the highlights of the year for our athletes!
For those who are new to the club, the Showcase is a fun, non-competitive event where athletes perform skills and routines they have been working on in class. It’s all about building confidence, celebrating progress, and giving every athlete a chance to shine in front of family and friends.
Date: Saturday 23/05/2026
Time: 9:00am – 12:00 noon
Each athlete will receive a medal and certificate to recognise their hard work and dedication this season.
Closer to the event, you will receive a separate email with your child’s specific performance time, so you’ll know exactly when they will be on the floor.
Showcase Fee :- €10 fee per athlete has been applied via the parent portal and will be processed by our accounts department on May 1st.
This includes participation, as well as your child’s medal and certificate. If you child can not make it don't worry.
A few important notes: - It is completely normal for some children to feel nervous. We always encourage them, but if they decide not to perform on the day, that is absolutely okay.
- If your child cannot attend, no problem at all – they will still receive their medal and certificate in their next class.
